OUR CREATIVE DESIGN PROCESS
We’ve turned military thinking into a proven process that delivers results for you and your organisation through creative collateral.
In the 1950s-1960s a United States Air Force colonel developed a decision cycle model to define how individuals and organisation react to external events.
The model relies on four core steps with the premise that the individual or organisation who can execute the cycle most efficiently will have a critical advantage in the competition-cooperation environment.
Our adapted creative design process has four core steps that deliver a critical advantage.
WHERE ARE WE NOW?
If you don’t know where you are, how will you ever get to where you want to be?
Understanding where you are now and what that environment looks like is the first core step in our methodology. We help you develop an understanding of what is influencing your current circumstances, what is working and what isn’t.
We do this through a FREE guided strategy session to discover your current location.
WHERE DO WE WANT TO BE?
What does the future look like for you?
This whole process is designed to deliver results and solutions. The next core step is to align the visions and desires of all stakeholders; experts (you), public (your audience) and practitioners (us), co-designing the desired outcome to ensure maximum agreement across your organisation.
There is an art and a science to a great story. The best stories are the ones we still tell; they’ve survived the ravages of time and continue to captivate audiences. The stories that are told weakly, fade away with time, forgotten by those who’ve heard them.
We set out to discover the composition of a powerful story. Along the way we’ve undertaken a huge amount of personal and professional development. We’ve completed training with some of the best in the industry, psychologists, anthropologists and other creatives. With a combination of their insights and teachings, and our deep contextual understanding of ‘life’, we believe we know what makes a great story.
We use a story finding approach based on mutual trust with our clients and subjects. We help people discover the story that needs to be told; we build a relationship with your audience and we invite them to engage with you.
We believe that authenticity is crucial to building trust, and trust is critical in every relationship.
HOW DO WE GET THERE?
Performance is the physical manifestation of the creative concept. It is your story and message out in the wild, creating impressions and driving action. It is the realisation of the first three core steps and completes the loop prompting us to ask.
